Use this page to request deletion of your Easy Note account and associated personal data. Requests can be submitted by the account owner or a legally authorized representative.

How to request deletion

1. Identify your account using the email/phone used to register, and (if applicable) your user ID from Profile → Settings in the app.
2. Submit a request via one of the channels below.
3. Verify ownership: we may send a confirmation link or one‑time code.
4. We will notify you by email once deletion is completed or if additional action is required.

Option A — In‑app

Open Easy Note → Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Option B — Web form / Email

Use the form below or email us with the subject “Delete my Easy Note account” including the details requested.

We process only requests from the account owner or authorized agents with valid documentation.

What we delete vs keep

When we delete an account, we aim to remove or irreversibly anonymize personal data associated with that account, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Verification & processing timeline

• Acknowledgement Within 3 business days we confirm we received your request.
• Verification We may request additional proof to verify ownership.
• Deletion After verification, deletion is typically completed within 7 days Backup removal follows the backup retention schedule.

Special cases

• If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through Google Play to prevent future charges.
• If deletion affects other services (e.g., linked accounts), we will inform you before proceeding.
• If we cannot delete certain records immediately due to legal obligations, we will restrict access and isolate them from active use.
